Classes 

I teach courses on mind-body tools for stress relief and healthy communication in-person and online throughout the year. Participants learn how to identify their stress triggers and how to activate the relaxation response, especially when life is challenging.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Jan 29-March 19, 2026: Open to the Public

Journey toward greater calm, focus and resilience in this 8-week in-person course. Discover practical tools to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and enhance overall health through mindfulness and guided practice.

​​Living Mindfully with Leslie Flowers, Kompose Yoga Studio Feb. 7, 3-5 pm

Together we will practice real-time tools of breath, relaxing gentle movement, and guided

meditation to :​

  • Cultivate inner calm regardless of outer circumstances

  • Attend, with self-compassion, to body, mind, and emotions

  • Become aware of habits of mind

  • Build emotional resilience for stressful times
